About the role

The Assistant Manager at Cloud 22 will support the Operations Manager in delivering an ultra‑luxury dining experience. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, profitability, and exceptional guest satisfaction in a world‑class resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with overseeing restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold service standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Control operating costs while driving employee retention.
• Maintain high levels of guest service and overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous international experience is preferred.
• Strong team‑leadership abilities and a hands‑on management style.
• High customer focus and ability to work effectively under pressure.
