Assistant Manager – Corporate Treasury & Financial Risk Management

About the role

As an Assistant Manager/Manager in the Financial Risk Management team, you will deliver treasury advisory services to corporate clients across the Lower Gulf region. You will help design and implement treasury strategies, cash‑flow processes and hedging solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple corporate treasury projects, from planning through execution.
• Lead project teams to produce high‑quality deliverables and innovative solutions.
• Stay current on treasury best practices and emerging market developments.
• Support business development by nurturing internal and external relationships and contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate treasury or a Big‑4 consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑facing communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with treasury systems (KYRIBA, FIS, SAP Hana, GTreasury).
• Cash and liquidity management, cash‑flow forecasting and cash pooling.
• Financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of treasury product pricing and accounting treatment.
