Assistant Manager – Events, Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Events, Marketing & Communications will drive the planning and execution of both internal and external events, manage press relations, and enhance communication strategies across multiple audiences. This role supports the ELF brand’s visibility and collaborates closely with regional teams on innovation and digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage company events (sales conventions, Majestic Mogul, trade shows, seminars) within budget and timelines.
• Handle sponsorship proposals, contracts, activation, and performance analysis.
• Develop internal communications, weekly newsletters, and share best practices across zones.
• Write, distribute, and manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials following global approval processes.
• Coordinate brand and product publications, ensuring consistent TotalEnergies branding.
• Oversee website content creation, SEO updates, blog posts, and analytics reporting.
• Manage the distributor portal (MyLubPortal) to engage partners and work with the digital team on new functionalities.
• Promote ELF brand identity across all channels and implement communication strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in event organization and coordination, both internal and external.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and regional offices.
• Comfortable handling high‑expectation, digital‑savvy audiences.
