Assistant Manager, Housekeeping

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Housekeeping will support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department at One&Only The Palm Resort. This role ensures that guest villas, rooms, and public areas meet the highest luxury standards while maintaining efficient store and pantry management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising housekeeping activities across the resort.
• Monitor the presentation and maintenance of guest villas, rooms, and public spaces.
• Manage housekeeping stores, pantries, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes standards and LQA criteria.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and meet strict deadlines.
