Assistant Manager, IT – Compliance

About the role

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a tech‑savvy, analytical professional to lead its IT compliance function. As an Assistant Manager you will oversee internal audits, manage change processes, and ensure adherence to global and local IT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Track and progress all open audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with global IT standards and support exemption requests.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual compliance checklists.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
• Manage backup, patch and endpoint compliance (MDM, Trend Micro, Desktop Central, AD, SCCM, Windows 10, etc.).
• Oversee policy adherence, risk analysis and security access controls.
• Document and control the change management process, including UAT scripts, sign‑offs, implementation plans and rollbacks.
• Maintain the change calendar and coordinate communications with Service Delivery.
• Train teams on standard operating procedures and maintain the configuration management database.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and signed off for security and access controls.
