Assistant Manager, Marketing

About the role

One&Only Resorts is looking for an Assistant Manager, Marketing to support the marketing strategy of One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. You will work closely with the marketing team to design, execute and measure campaigns that enhance the resort’s brand and drive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Track, measure and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns.
• Produce appropriate communications for internal and external guests.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers and bloggers.
• Deliver advertising plans aligned with sales market development.
• Create marketing collateral, PR and promotional activities to support sales source‑market growth.
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Support preparation of the marketing budget and monitor expenses.
• Identify partnership marketing opportunities and joint promotions to boost hotel revenue.
• Act as Brand Custodian, ensuring all activities comply with corporate guidelines and protect the One&Only brand image.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months of experience in marketing.
