Assistant Manager – Medical Representation (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Assistant Manager to support medical representation in Abu Dhabi. You will ethically detail Nestlé’s health science products to healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate communication of product benefits and appropriate use.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market intelligence on medical nutrition, competitors, and healthcare systems.
• Segment prospects, define territories, develop visit plans and optimise routing for effective coverage.
• Promote Nestlé’s purpose and values while delivering medical nutrition information to differentiate the portfolio.
• Manage requests from healthcare providers, including continuing medical education and equipment support.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities and outcomes for accurate reporting and decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes, Nestlé instructions and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, Biology or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a medical delegate, preferably in the pediatric private‑sector market in the UAE.
• Own a car and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent English communication skills.
