Assistant Manager, Medical Representation - Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will ethically detail Nestlé Health Science products within the assigned Abu Dhabi territory, providing accurate information on product features, benefits, and appropriate use. The role is responsible for achieving company objectives and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and analyse market intelligence on medical nutrition, competitors, healthcare systems and vendors to support business decisions.
• Segment prospects, define territories, develop visit plans and optimise routes to ensure effective coverage.
• Promote Nestlé’s purpose, values and medical nutrition practices to differentiate the portfolio and gain advocacy from healthcare professionals.
• Manage requests from the healthcare system, providing continuing medical education and equipment to foster sustainable relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of field activity and outcomes for evidence‑based reporting and analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes, Nestlé instructions and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, Biology or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable, with 2‑4 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Experience in the pediatric line within the private sector is mandatory.
• Own a car and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent English (very good to fluent).
