Assistant Manager - Strategy & Value Creation

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking an Assistant Manager to support strategic planning and value creation across its portfolio. The role will deliver financial and commercial analyses, develop business cases and prepare executive‑level materials to guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end strategic planning cycle, including priority setting, performance tracking and monthly reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Analyse market, financial and competitive data to assess new business opportunities and produce concise executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, benchmarking studies and strategic‑fit assessments for potential projects.
• Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, handling PMO tasks such as milestone tracking, risk identification and progress reporting.
• Coordinate inputs from vertical teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment and consistency in strategic submissions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a strategy role within consulting or corporate strategy (mandatory).
• Experience with strategic transformation programmes and exposure to real estate, hospitality or entertainment sectors (desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced quantitative analysis and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
