Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal and Aquaventure Waterpark. Working closely with hiring managers, you will drive sourcing, selection, offer management and onboarding for a range of positions across the resort portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned divisions, from strategy to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and attract top candidates.
• Handle high‑volume hiring, recruitment events and agency relationships.
• Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Lead projects to improve recruitment processes, reporting and employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, including at least two years in an assistant‑manager capacity.
• Experience preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in high‑volume and international hiring.
• Strong ability to manage agencies, facilitate interviews and analyse recruitment trends.
