Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to drive strategic hiring and Emiratisation initiatives for a respected government entity. You will play a key role in shaping employer branding and delivering recruitment excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic recruitment projects and senior‑level hiring across the organisation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding, career events, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness, diversity, and Emiratisation goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in large or complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and data reporting tools; CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
