Assistant Manager – Uniform Room

About the role

Atlantis The Palm Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its Uniform Room team. You will oversee uniform distribution, inventory control, laundry coordination and quality assurance for more than 5,000 staff members in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise uniform attendants and tailors, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate replenishment of uniforms.
• Organise inbound and outbound laundry processes and arrange uniform replacements.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks and enforce health and safety policies.
• Train and develop team members, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and review service metrics regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within uniform operations or a similar hospitality function.
• Strong knowledge of uniform and conveyor systems.
• Ability to communicate confidently at all organisational levels.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
