About the role
The Assistant Nurse will support patient‑centric care in the outpatient clinic, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role focuses on delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing services while contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety, following Mediclinic risk policies.
- Create a conducive environment that promotes positive patient experiences as guided by nursing leadership.
- Participate in a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Required profile
- Essential: Nursing Diploma.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country.
- UAE experience is desirable.
