Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

Atlantis The Palm Dubai is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Operations Manager in delivering the highest standards of service and quality across its dining venues. The role focuses on driving key performance indicators related to guest experience, team performance, product excellence, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Operations Manager in day‑to‑day operational oversight.
• Ensure buffet and restaurant areas meet brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs, taking corrective actions to meet targets.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain consistent performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and P&L performance for the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in buffet or similar restaurant operations.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of profit and loss management.
