Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the outlet’s daily operations, ensuring profitability, high service standards, and seamless guest experiences within Anantara’s luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs with the Hotel Learning Manager and deliver department training programs.
• Maintain outlet profitability by driving sales revenue and controlling costs.
• Forecast business demand to optimise staffing and food production.
• Oversee all accounting and billing procedures for the outlet.
• Collaborate with hotel management on marketing plans and promote Anantara Guest Incentive programs.
• Schedule management and team members, supervise time‑control systems, and conduct performance reviews.
• Train managers and supervisors in coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and manage asset maintenance.
• Foster positive inter‑departmental communication and support banqueting functions.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership passion and ability to motivate team members.
