Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

Assist the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager in daily operations, ensuring service quality and product consistency across the outlet. Rixos Bab Al Bahr is a luxury hotel delivering traditional Turkish hospitality, and the Assistant Outlet Manager supports the outlet’s all‑inclusive service model.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain accurate service standards and product consistency.
• Provide exceptional guest service and foster good employee relations between kitchen and dining areas.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regional, and local hotel operating policies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum two years experience in fine‑dining or all‑inclusive operations within a luxury hotel.
• Strong guest‑service orientation and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
