Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the outlet at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability in line with Anantara standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
• Support financial objectives through budgeting, revenue generation, cost control and productivity management.
• Forecast business levels and plan staffing requirements to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs, deliver departmental training and promote continuous learning.
• Lead, coach and mentor managers, supervisors and team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Manage scheduling, attendance and labour costs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Coordinate maintenance of departmental assets, equipment and facilities, including preventative maintenance.
• Promote guest loyalty programmes and support brand initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, especially Banqueting and Events, to ensure seamless service delivery.
