Assistant Outlet Manager – Noor Lounge (Italian/French/Russian)

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for its Noor Lounge. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will support daily operations, administration and financial tasks, ensuring the lounge delivers the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager with all operational and administrative duties of the lounge.
• Prioritise workload based on business volume and related parameters.
• Take full charge of the outlet in the manager’s absence.
• Enforce and monitor compliance with SOPs, quality measures and brand policies.
• Supervise side‑duty schedules and ensure staff adherence.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness, conducting regular walk‑throughs with engineering and housekeeping teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of relevant hospitality experience.
• Fluency in Italian, French and Russian as indicated in the title.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment.
