About the role
The Assistant Outlets Manager supports the Outlets Manager in the daily operations of Saadiyat Beach Club’s food and beverage outlet. Working in a dynamic beachfront environment, you will help ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operational flow while upholding the club’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant.
- Ensure all service standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- Monitor outlet setup, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
- Support the team in handling guest flow during peak periods.
- Deliver and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum of 24 months (2 years) experience in food & beverage operations.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a service team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
