Assistant Parts Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Parts Advisor to join our Parts Team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports customers and technicians by providing accurate parts information, quotations and sales processing while maintaining inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to parts enquiries, including part numbers, prices and availability.
• Prepare parts estimates, quotations, delivery orders and sales invoices.
• Assist the Parts Team with counter and credit sales in line with approved procedures.
• Communicate parts return, warranty and delivery policies to customers and technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and display accessories.
• Update sales and inventory records and support computerized stock control and re‑ordering.
• Prepare and follow up on loss‑sales reports to aid inventory planning.
• Provide timely support regarding parts availability and delivery.
• Follow company SOPs and Parts Dealer Network procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Sales Supervisor or Procurement & Stores Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Material Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar parts advisory or sales role.
• Experience in automotive parts sales or a dealership environment (preferred).
• Computer literate with strong skills in inventory or warehouse management systems.
