Assistant Project Manager – Digital Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of multiple digital projects while gradually taking on greater ownership and client‑facing responsibility. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who wants to grow into a full project management and business‑facing role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of multiple projects across websites, custom software, and digital initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating tasks between design, development, SEO, and digital marketing teams.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, and support ongoing communication.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and basic scope outlines.
• Support the senior team in identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities during ongoing client engagements.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, estimates, and internal discussions for new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a digital agency or IT services environment.
• Exposure to managing or supporting multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to interact directly with clients and gradually take on more responsibility.
• Interest in learning the commercial and business development side of agency work.
