Assistant Relationship Manager – Product Specialist

About the role

The role focuses on Advice Premium clients with assets under management of CHF 3 mn to CHF 10 mn and works closely with Relationship Managers to enhance service activity and product penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with RMs to increase service activity, product penetration and revenue.
• Support RMs with proposals, portfolio ideas and communicate Julius Baer’s investment strategy.
• Establish risk tolerance and optimal asset allocation in cooperation with RMs.
• Act as the key interface between the RM and the Investment & Wealth Management System (IWMS).
• Conduct portfolio monitoring and client communication for Advice Premium mandates, including portfolio reviews and yearly leverage reviews.
• Coordinate with RMs/ARMs on account details, share investment ideas and be available for calls/meetings with at least 48 hours notice.
• Ensure administrative tasks and trade execution are handled by the RM/ARM.
• Participate in holistic business development and collaborate with competence centres.
