Assistant Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining Kitchen Six

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the All Day Dining Kitchen Six team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the restaurant manager, you will help maintain high service standards, ensure smooth operations, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to work as a cohesive team, ensuring optimal service and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain storage organization using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining team members.
• Enforce company safety, security, and uniform policies; report incidents promptly.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb throughout a shift.
• Attention to detail for grooming, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
• Commitment to confidentiality and protection of company assets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
