About the role
Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support a positive and productive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Address customer complaints promptly and monitor feedback to implement improvements.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Assist in budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
