Assistant Restaurant Manager – Private Members Club

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will help ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests through high‑quality service and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintaining service standards.
• Lead the front‑of‑house team during service, providing coaching, direction and hands‑on assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, recognising preferences and delivering personalised service.
• Handle member feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Beverage and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with workforce planning, reservations, table utilisation, inventory control and overall operational readiness.
• Contribute to revenue growth through upselling, cost awareness and efficient resource management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health‑and‑safety, licensing and club standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a private club or upscale setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
