Assistant Revenue and E-Commerce Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Revenue and E‑Commerce Manager to support the revenue strategy of 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai. The role combines revenue management, forecasting and pricing with the optimisation of the hotel’s digital channels to maximise bookings and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor reservations and revenue systems, ensuring accurate availability, rates and inventory across all distribution channels.
• Develop and execute daily, monthly and yearly action plans to meet KPI targets, including rooms forecasting and market segment analysis.
• Analyse competitor pricing, market trends and demand patterns, adjusting rate strategies in collaboration with the Cluster Director of Revenue Management.
• Manage e‑commerce performance – SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, content optimisation and metasearch advertising (Cendyn, Booking.com Sponsored Ads, Expedia Travel Ads).
• Collaborate with the agency and regional e‑commerce team to track ROAS, optimise keywords and maintain consistent brand messaging across the hotel’s direct websites.
• Prepare weekly Rev Max meetings, produce performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; revenue‑management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in hotel revenue management or financial analysis, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
