Assistant Security Manager

About the role

The Assistant Security Manager will work alongside the Security Manager to protect guests, team members and hotel assets at Ciel Dubai Marina, a landmark luxury hotel. This position is based on‑site and plays a key part in maintaining a safe environment throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in daily operations of the Security Department.
• Supervise and guide the security team, ensuring high alertness and professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain all security systems and equipment.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections across hotel premises.
• Assist in incident reporting and investigation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of security personnel.
• Strong understanding of safety and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
