Assistant Server – Mina Brasserie

About the role

The Assistant Server will support the Mina Brasserie team in delivering a seamless, high‑standard dining experience for guests at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. This position involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with serving food and beverages, adhering to Four Seasons service standards.
• Set up and clear china, glassware, and silverware efficiently.
• Attend to guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Maintain clean and properly reset tables according to brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, high‑tempo setting.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or standalone restaurant.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team‑oriented mindset.
