Assistant Store – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Assistant Store will support seamless finance and inventory operations for the new One&Only One Za'abeel resort in Dubai. You will ensure accurate stock handling, compliance with hospitality standards, and contribute to delivering an ultra‑luxury experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and record all goods issued to outlets in the ERP system.
• Receive, inspect, and store goods promptly, ensuring correct quantity, condition, and designated locations.
• Uphold storage standards including hygiene, temperature control, stock rotation, PAR levels, and protection from damage.
• Monitor storeroom PAR stocks, report shortages, excesses, and discrepancies to the Cost Controller.
• Keep storerooms, fridges, and equipment clean, organized, and safe; clean spills immediately.
• Ensure all stock movements are documented and comply with established procedures.
• Maintain proper filing of stock records for audit and review.
• Comply with fire, health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Secure storerooms, control keys, and switch off equipment as required.
• Communicate effectively with Cost Controller, F&B managers, supervisors, and other departments regarding stock needs.

Required profile

• Advanced understanding of financial standards, SOPs, and reporting deadlines in hospitality.
• Extensive experience delivering ultra‑luxury service to stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing a team and ensuring guest satisfaction.
