Assistant Style Manager

About the role

The Assistant Style Manager supports the hotel’s housekeeping manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences at W Dubai – The Palm. Working closely with the team, you will help coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensure service standards are met, and act as a point of contact for guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Communicate housekeeping requirements across the property to ensure timely service.
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high service quality.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any service gaps promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a hospitality setting.
• Background in a five‑star hotel or similar high‑end property.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• High school education preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
