Assistant Trainer

About the role

The Assistant Trainer supports the delivery of training programmes for new and existing member service representatives. Working closely with senior trainers, the role involves preparing learning materials, monitoring trainee progress, and ensuring high‑quality instructional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
• Help develop schemes of work, lesson plans and classroom setups.
• Select or develop teaching aids such as manuals, handbooks, visual aids and computer tutorials.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for educational activities.
• Identify and select instructional resources to meet diverse trainee needs.
• Use relevant technology to support instruction and monitor trainee use of equipment.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of trainee progress, attendance and performance.
• Prepare reports on trainees and training activities as required.
• Support students through counseling, encouragement and participation in extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in training, education or related support roles.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Ability to assist trainers in delivering feedback and supporting trainee development.
