Assistant Training Manager / Lead Trainer (London relocation)

About the role

Wheely is looking for an Assistant Training Manager / Lead Trainer to raise the service quality of its London chauffeur fleet. You will design, deliver and adapt engaging training programmes that ensure every driver meets the company’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact training sessions for chauffeurs, focusing on luxury customer experience.
• Maintain and create London‑specific learning content and initiatives.
• Act as the chauffeur’s voice of expertise, answering queries and providing guidance.
• Assess driver performance against Wheely standards and give constructive feedback.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to improve individual performance.
• Collaborate with peers in other regions to continuously refine training processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a specialised training role with a proven record of engaging delivery.
• 2+ years in a customer‑facing environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for developing others.
