About the role

Join a leading high‑end retail brand with over 30 regional branches as an Assistant Visual Merchandiser in Dubai. This fast‑track position offers hands‑on experience in creating compelling in‑store visuals and a clear pathway toward a Visual Merchandising Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the visual merchandising team in delivering premium store visuals across key product categories.
• Execute window displays, mannequin styling, floor layouts and seasonal launches that drive footfall and sales.
• Maintain daily brand standards and ensure displays remain commercial and customer‑focused.
• Collaborate with store teams to troubleshoot visual issues such as spacing, signage, storytelling and flow.
• Assist in rolling out regional campaigns, promotions and new product introductions.

Required profile

• Natural creativity with a strong visual eye for detail.
• Experience in visual merchandising within a premium fashion, lifestyle or department‑store environment.
• Confident styling skills, including mannequins, outfits, accessories and colour stories.
• Commercial mindset – understanding how visual presentation impacts sales.
• High energy, hands‑on attitude and ability to perform under a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ambitious desire to progress to a Visual Merchandising Manager role.
