Assistant Waiter – High-End Restaurant

About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for an Assistant Waiter to help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high‑end restaurant environment. You will support table set‑up, food and beverage service, menu knowledge and upselling while upholding the brand’s high standards of presentation, hygiene and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally, present menus, explain dishes and recommend food‑beverage pairings.
• Set up, maintain and clear tables to high‑end standards; assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and handle guest complaints appropriately.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients and wine/beverage offerings, and upsell specials and premium items.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in high‑end restaurants, fine‑dining establishments or luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of fine‑dining etiquette, service standards and wine/beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
