Associate Analyst - NOTAM

About the role

The UAE General Civil Aviation Authority is seeking an Associate Analyst to support its NOTAM function. You will work within a 24‑hour environment, ensuring that NOTAMs are prepared, recorded and distributed in compliance with ICAO regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare NOTAMs on request in accordance with ICAO standards.
• Support the efficient operation of a 24‑hour NOTAM office.
• Prepare and distribute NOTAM summary reports.
• Maintain and update the NOTAM database and related records.
• Record NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs accurately.
• Handle AIS quality and audit record queries related to NOTAMs and maintain related statistics.
• Investigate, clarify and resolve queries received.
• Participate as a member of the AIS Safety Committee.
• Document procedures and update the LAISI with current, correct procedures.

Required profile

• Understanding of ICAO NOTAM regulations and procedures.
• Ability to support a continuous 24‑hour NOTAM operation.
• Experience maintaining NOTAM databases and records.
• Capability to manage AIS quality and audit queries related to NOTAMs.
• Willingness to participate in safety committee activities and procedure documentation.
