Associate Certification Technician – Power Automation & Apps

About the role

The Associate Certification Technician supports certification and documentation activities for fabrication structures and piping projects. Working under close supervision, the role follows standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and safety standards while handling material traceability, inspection requests, and certification packages.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, record, and enter approved drawings and material certificate records (MCR) into the system.
• Generate traceability reference tables and ensure Computerized Inspection Requests (CIR) are logged before non‑destructive testing (NDT).
• Maintain material traceability numbers and link them to approved drawings and MCR indexes.
• Record NDT results, review them with the NDT coordinator, and update the system.
• Compile and review certification packages (drawings, WHSS, MTN NDT, PWHT, PMI, ferrite, hardness reports) for compliance and obtain required signatures.
• Prepare as‑built dossier indexes, assemble hard and soft copies, and transmit them to document control.
• Perform daily data entry of welding logs, NDT results, and material traceability into the PCM system.
• Submit certification packages to customers and certifying authorities for approval.

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school graduation.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in certification, documentation control, or similar technical roles.
• Ability to work accurately under supervision and follow defined procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Automation.
• Ability to develop and use Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for document handling.
