Associate Commercial Analytics

About the role

Property Finder is looking for an Associate Commercial Analytics to join its Strategy & Analytics team in Dubai. The role bridges analytics, product and sales, turning complex data into clear commercial narratives that showcase product value and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build executive‑ready presentations and commercial narratives in partnership with Account Managers to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Create data‑driven sales stories that unlock growth across all customer segments and equip sales teams with fact‑based differentiation and objection‑handling insights.
• Articulate product value through data, tailoring recommendations to stakeholder needs and diagnosing adoption gaps using performance and behavioural data.
• Translate account plans into product‑led adoption strategies aligned with customer goals and deliver high‑priority analysis and reporting for the Commercial team.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking using product‑usage, performance and market data to identify differentiation and growth areas.
• Develop tools and processes that improve Commercial team productivity and solve recurring business challenges.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, commercial analytics, sales enablement or a similar role within a technology company or top‑tier consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities with a track record of turning data into commercially relevant insights.
• Proven experience building analytical models, value frameworks and executive‑ready presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences.
