Associate Consultant – Advisory

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to lead significant workstreams of advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, understand organisational priorities, and help design and implement sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across transformation, operating model and organisational effectiveness engagements, advising senior stakeholders and designing target operating models.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate delivery activities, monitor risks and ensure quality outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans and business cases, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Contribute to proposals, bids and client pursuits, and build strong client relationships across the market.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in consulting, advisory, transformation or organisational change environments.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes and working with senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks and organisational effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and commercial awareness with business development experience.
