About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate or early‑career professional to join our Builders Program as an Associate Data Analyst. The role blends data analysis and data engineering, turning raw data into trustworthy, well‑modeled datasets that support self‑serve analytics and AI‑assisted insights across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw data into reliable, well‑documented datasets with consistent definitions.
• Improve data quality, reliability, and enable self‑service analytics for multiple teams.
• Build AI‑ready data assets, metrics, and documentation for safe use by AI tools and business users.
• Validate results, ensure correctness, and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers, product experts, and business stakeholders to solve real‑world problems.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Emirati national (as indicated in the title).
• Curious, driven, with strong fundamentals in data concepts and clear analytical thinking.
• Interest in responsible AI usage and data quality.
