The Builders Program at Tamara offers a fast‑track position for recent graduates to work as an Associate Data Scientist. You will join cross‑functional teams and apply statistical thinking to product and risk challenges, using AI responsibly while delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Transform ambiguous business problems into clear, testable hypotheses.
• Design and maintain reliable measurement systems, metrics and experimentation frameworks.
• Develop lightweight predictive models and decision tools that can be embedded directly into product workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and risk teams to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
• Build AI‑assisted decision workflows, such as LLM‑powered analysis copilots, with robust validation and guardrails.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with up to two years of experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and a drive to own end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and communicate findings clearly.

Required skills
