Associate Designer – People Team (MENA)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Designer to support the People Team in crafting engaging visual communications for internal audiences across the MENA region. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career designers passionate about visual storytelling and branding.

Key responsibilities

• Design professional PowerPoint presentations for the People Team.
• Create digital flyers, posters, announcements, invitations and other internal communication assets.
• Produce emailers, newsletters, banners and digital graphics for employee campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop creative materials for employee engagement, learning, wellbeing, culture and internal events.
• Apply company brand guidelines consistently across all designs.
• Collaborate with People Team stakeholders to understand briefs, objectives and target audiences.
• Adapt designs for different formats, platforms and communication channels.
• Incorporate feedback, ensure accuracy and meet delivery deadlines.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates and creative assets.
• Support the creation of reusable templates and visual resources for the People Team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career designer with a strong interest in visual storytelling and branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and adhere to brand standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requests efficiently.
