Associate Director – Data Science Trainer (Dubai)

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Data Science Training faculty in Dubai. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning programs for banks, regulators, corporates and multilateral institutions, helping professionals advance their data‑driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs in data science, analytics and machine learning for corporate and professional learners.
• Create engaging materials such as presentations, hands‑on exercises, case studies and assessments.
• Deliver courses in virtual, in‑person and blended formats, adapting content to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of Fitch Learning’s data science curriculum and broader technical portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, sales and client‑facing teams to tailor solutions for specific client needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to keep training content current and market‑relevant.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training for financial services or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Ability to work onsite regularly while managing training commitments.
