Associate General Counsel – Corporate

About the role

ADNOC is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide expert legal advice for its Logistics & Services division. The role covers both existing operations and new projects, domestically and internationally, with a focus on corporate, commercial and project matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on contracts, procurement, leases and employee matters across the logistics business.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, review and amend legal opinions, agreements and standard form contracts.
• Manage corporate and commercial legal affairs in collaboration with the General Counsel.
• Assist with dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation and contract drafting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant legal experience (approximately 120 months).
• Proven experience in corporate, commercial and project law within the energy or logistics sector.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable legal guidance.
