Associate – Health & Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

Oliver Wyman is expanding its Health and Life Sciences practice in Dubai and is looking for an Associate to join the consulting team. The role involves working directly with clients in the payer, provider, digital health and life‑sciences sectors to translate strategic visions into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of individual project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model building and analysis.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, address information gaps and surface actionable insights.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and discuss results with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Partner groups in project delivery through high‑quality execution and reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to their skill development.

Required profile

• At least four years (48 months) of relevant experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, MedTech, biotechnology) or related consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, digital technology and operations improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve strategic problems.
