Associate Highway Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Associate Highway Engineer to support major infrastructure projects in Dubai, working with a world‑class engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform highway engineering duties, applying basic techniques for road and highway design and analysis.
• Participate in a structured rotational program gaining experience in project controls, procurement, construction management, and various engineering disciplines.
• Utilize CAE and CAD applications for design tasks and engineering studies.
• Work under close supervision, gaining exposure to company procedures and engineering best practices.
• Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Internship or work experience in civil design/engineering.
• Basic engineering knowledge in related fields such as electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
• UAE National citizenship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Familiarity with CAE (computer‑aided engineering) tools and other PC engineering software packages.
