About the role

Thank you for your interest in joining Alcazar Energy. This position supports Transaction Leaders in identifying, analysing and monitoring renewable energy investments, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the global shift toward sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling and projections for renewable energy projects.
• Analyse company financial statements, sector data and economic trends to support investment decisions.
• Support transaction processes, due‑diligence, data collection and preparation of legal and commercial documents.
• Prepare high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for investors, boards and shareholders.
• Collaborate within a flat‑structure team, sharing resources across investment management, project origination and finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
• 6–8 years of post‑qualification experience in investment management, private equity, power or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, technologies and industry drivers.
• Proven ability to work accurately, manage multiple tasks and communicate findings effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling proficiency.
• Expert use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Financial statement analysis including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
