Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Associate to join Mubadala Investment Corporation’s Portfolio Strategy team on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on strengthening strategy systems, enhancing data flows, and embedding AI and automation into portfolio monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring accurate allocation reporting and maintain data pipelines.
• Design, update and expand dashboards for pipeline, allocation and strategy monitoring.
• Support integration of new systems (e.g., DealCloud to eFront, Aladdin, MSCI) and enhance existing platforms.
• Identify, prioritize and implement AI and automation opportunities across strategy workflows.
• Develop and maintain analytical models, code libraries (primarily Python) and back‑testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with data vendors and internal stakeholders to source and structure alternative datasets.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in business or portfolio analytics, AI adoption, or system integration within investment or asset‑management environments.
• Strong understanding of private markets and the investment life‑cycle across public and private asset classes.
• Proven experience with investment systems such as eFront, BlackRock Aladdin, DealCloud, or MSCI.
• Passion for contributing to Mubadala’s mission of building a leading global investment company.
