Associate Lawyer (Fluent in Chinese)

About the role

Neo Legal Consultancy is seeking an Associate Lawyer fluent in Chinese to join its Dubai office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting partners in corporate, blockchain and commercial matters for high‑growth and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, transaction documents, governance frameworks and compliance policies.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Assist with regulatory filings and liaise with authorities.
• Manage case files and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and provide bilingual support for Chinese‑speaking clients.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a law degree from a recognized institution.
• Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
• Prior experience in a law firm or in‑house legal role, preferably with UAE or cross‑border exposure.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and strong proficiency in English.
