About the role
The Associate Manager, Business Development will drive commercial growth across key GCC markets for Hershey. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, partnering with distributors, and ensuring flawless market execution in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic retail customers across GCC markets, develop joint business plans and execute promotional strategies.
- Partner with distributors to drive growth, monitor performance and ensure compliance.
- Ensure strong in‑store execution, visibility, distribution and assortment objectives.
- Support innovation launches, promotional campaigns and e‑commerce initiatives.
- Analyze sales trends, generate actionable insights and support forecasting and business planning.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 + years of commercial experience in FMCG.
- Proven key‑account and distributor management experience in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth plans.
- Strong analytical mindset and business‑driven approach.
