Associate Master Planner

About the role

Worley Parsons is seeking an ambitious Associate Master Planner to join its global master‑planning team in Abu Dhabi. You will support transformative projects that help industrial clients design next‑generation assets and expand Worley’s presence in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bid preparation and manage complex master‑planning assignments.
• Develop strategic area‑wide plans, place‑economics strategies and guide site selection using spatial analysis.
• Create concept and detailed master plans for industrial facilities, non‑process infrastructure, worker accommodations and commercial ports.
• Contribute to landscape strategies that integrate nature‑based solutions.
• Engage directly with clients to communicate design vision and value.
